Leg Cramps Much?

Tip of the Day:
In this summer heat, many people are prone to middle of the night leg cramps. OUCH.

Try adding a daily dose of coconut water (mix with juice if you or your kiddos don’t care for the taste). It contains as much potassium as bananas, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese and zinc. In addition, it contains B & C vitamins and phyto-nutrients such as cytokines. We find that it only takes about an ounce a day and our leg cramps disappear!!

** And for those of you that occasionally wake with a hangover, coconut water is the perfect cure with plenty of electrolytes, glucose and nutrients to kick your body back into gear!
