Try adding a daily dose of coconut water (mix with juice if you or your kiddos don’t care for the taste). It contains as much potassium as bananas, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese and zinc. In addition, it contains B & C vitamins and phyto-nutrients such as cytokines. We find that it only takes about an ounce a day and our leg cramps disappear!!
